TURNAROUND
We typically can turn around an instrument in between 60 and 75 days with our current workload. It depends a great deal on the nature of the issues with any instrument but in most cases we can meet that time frame. If we believe the job will take longer, we'll let you know upfront and as we get into the project.
TERMS
We require payment in three installments. One third of the written estimate up front to provide funds for materials and supplies, and to shift production to include your job in our work flow. A second payment will be due at a point halfway through the project's timeline, at which point you'll receive an emailed report on progress with photos of the work underway. The final payment will be due upon completion of the work, prior to shipping. Shipping expenses are the clients responsibility. We will cover the instruments on our insurance in transit.
WARRANTEE
Do we stand behind our work. Absolutely. We will take care of your instrument like it's our own and a valued treasure. Will our work be perfect? We try but haven't yet acheived absolute perfection. We will guarantee it'll be the best job we are capable of doing considering the many variables and complications that are possible with any instrument.
We will discuss everything we do with you regarding your instrument in advance whenever possible. We will always reuse and repair any original materials wherever practical and replace parts only when necessary and by your awareness and approval.
If any of our work should under normal playing and storage conditions fail, we will repair the failure with no charge for labor.
If you still have questions feel free to CONTACT US. A prompt response is assured. And a human answers the phone 99% of the time. We believe in personal service.
We also believe in honesty and ethics, and so to insure that none are mislead, each instrument we restore today is internally labeled with one of the below stickers, which are both dated and signed by the craftspersons that worked on it.
